Family Weekend is Friday, October 9, 2026 - Sunday, October 11, 2026!

Family Weekend is $30 per person for up to 4 people, and $10 for each additional person after that. Current UW–Madison students and guests ages 12 and under are free. This cost includes most events and activities throughout the weekend. All participants, including your UW–Madison student, must be registered.

The registration cost covers:

• Access to campus landmarks, such as Camp Randall Stadium
• A special Chancellor's reception with university leadership
• The Badger Family Fest at the Memorial Union Terrace, featuring food, fun, and family activities
• Family photo-ops with Bucky Badger
• Opportunities to sit-in on UW classes
• The Downtown Madison Cheese Walk at shops along State Street
• A variety of tours - and more!

Wisconsin Singers is the University of Wisconsin–Madison’s premier touring pop musical ensemble, delivering high-energy performances that blend contemporary hits and classic favorites in a Broadway-style production. Tickets for this event are seperate from the Family Weekend Registration. Cost per person is $21. For this event, students will also need to purchase a ticket to attend.
